  I have never had a worst experience with an insurance agent before. Anytime I email him I never get anything back. everytime I call I always get someone in his office who doesn't even sound like the know what they are doing. I wish I could write a review with no star.

  If you're looking for exceptional help from an Allstate insurance agent, this office has the staff and knowledge to make you feel like their only customer. Highly recommend it.

  Tom is an all-around good guy and extremely helpful. Have had a couple of claims and glad I didn't go for cheapy insurance with only an 800 number.
