  Ive been in customer service my whole life and today for the first time i encountered the most disrespectful and disgusting customer service from a sales rep in this location called Bruce (dont know if thats how its spelled and quite frankly i dont care at this point either).. everything was ok until i called Bruce back to check on insurance, he told me i would receive it in 4-5 mins and i called him back 15 mins AFTER to find out about the id cards and binder.. now, i wasn't calling back to be rude i was calling back because i also have a job to do and in order to get the customers going i need insurance. When i called back and asked for him and he put me on hold until he sent the email and then he came to the phone, as i looked through the email to make sure everything is correct i said "perfect, everything is good thank you much for your help i truly appreciate it" as i was saying this he didn't care to say anything back he just simply threw the phone on me... i called back because i was bothered and shocked and i told him that he didn't have to be rude and throw the phone on me the way he did i was simply thanking him but he then said " well you got what you wanted and you're being rude!" (i guess for calling back ) i made it known to him that is not the way to do business and he then i guess he got upset for actually calling him out on it and attempted to throw the phone on me again.. all i can say as a business person is ,if you don't like what you do for a living then change careers because its a principal to treat people with respect at all times.. i gave him the chance to correct it when i called back but that didn't happen and its shame ..

  I've had nothing but issues with this office. The only nice thing I have to say is Allstate as a company has been good. The service has been slow, and no one here ever gets back to me. I've called Rob a few times, and everytime there is a "He isn't here right now" and another excuse. I had to go to the office by Wild Fusion to actually get back answers and help with my policy. Maybe he is not staffed well? Or just not knowledgeable? Regardless, as a business owner myself, when a long time customer calls me, I always answer, if not call back! This place inst even open sometimes until 10! I have nothing but positives to say about Allstate, and the office thats now helping me out, but this specific office is just never available to help - adequately or on time.
