  Raisa's office was very helpful in getting my house insured at the right price. And when I need renovation they helped me to adjust my insurance accordingly to cover my new needs. They return your calls and emails promptly and they speak both English and Russian which can be very helpful. And of course I love Allstate - a really caring and easy to deal-with company. Now I have to find out if they insure my cat. They probably would! :)

  Every time when leaving the company in the hope of finding better, I definitely got into what the stories. I was coming back. And now I realized that I will never change to something else. Any questions can be solved immediately. Just then I received the most correct solutions to my problems - no cheating!

  The most unprofessional office i have dealt with. My review is specific to Alina who works there. We have been with them for a few years and I really just can't comprehend the lack of professionalism this individual has. She does not respond to emails, phone calls, messages etc. I have called her four times in one week and emailed her and she has yet to get back to me regarding a simple request: to cancel our policy with their office. She answers the phone and always has a sorry/poor excuse of why she can't talk and then you never hear from her again. I would NEVER recommend someone here. This is not the first time this has occurred. She also screwed up our car insurance policy last year and i had to have someone else in the office fix her many errors. If you don't know how to do your job or simply don't want to then please be respectful enough to not take on clients and waste their time. Just to be clear, the only reason this place has one star from me is because it was required in order for me to post it.
