  All State has been easier to work with and more efficient and thorough than State Farm. Glad I changed. Mark Erwin is fantastic and highly recommend.

  Mark Erwin's agency is one of the best! I began shopping our insurance around a couple of months ago. I thought I had found the best "deal" for our family with one of his competitors. But, Mark enlightened me. His agency not only educated me on the type of insurance I had, he helped me find the best auto, home and umbrella insurance for my families needs. AND, saved me money!!!!   Called on June 27 to give them opportunity to do better with my plan. They never called back for options. Called on July 5th to cancel my policy. On July 12th to drafted money out of my acct. $274.00 that was supposed to be handled. On July 18th still have not refunded the stolen money. The worst insurance agent in DFW that I have ever been with is the Mark Erwin Allstate. On July 25th still have not received the stolen money.
