  I went with these brokers because they are very helpful and knowledgable. But, they have a product that is difficult to manage. All State for Auto is going totally technical, so if you are old school like I am, you will have to adjust or fight it. Because, I am alone in the Bronx, and the Bronx auto body shops complain about hard work, I was worried they would do a sloppy job and then complain and delay. I took my work to Scarsdale where I had the "Can do attitude" and once I spent hours arranging for a third party photographer (who is not an agent) and the approval of the work, it took two months nearly for this. I then got the car into the shop and the car was done in one week no complaints. It may just depend on where you live. The Bronx, thinks life must be difficult to be "good". Life here is difficult because of it. This is a commentary on the Bronx. Sorry. The agency was delightful and I like them very much.
