  Mr. Cohen and his office staff are very professional. They're always there to assist when in need. Moreover, they always act expeditiously in resolving any insurance-related issues.   Posting on behalf of my husband. Adam Cohen is the rudest, worst Allstate agent ever. He has repeatedly told my just to go find a new agent of he doesn't like what Adam says. We just looked at his bill and his ex wife and her car are BACK on his policy. They've been divorced for a while and we have been married for nearly a year. Adam doesn't return calls for days. Do NOT use this Allstate agent. He is awful.

  Adam Cohen is a very knowledgeable, responsible agent with a strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a client. All above help to solve claims or other questions really fast and positive for clients.
