  The owner took a $500 deposit from me and never completed the job. He made several excuses and then promised a refund. He lied about issuing the refund and never did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  DO NOT USE ALL STATE FLOORING. Mark of ALL STATE FLOORING sold me defective commercial flooring for my business. When I spoke to him he told me he would fix it and help me this went on for an entire year. He constantly lies and dodges your phone calls. The stress became so great that I asked him to at least give me a refund which was a fraction of what they made on the job. I wanted to at least fix some of the worst spots again Again, Mark dodged my phone calls!! when he did contact me it was just lie after lie. I have since contacted the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List and an attorney. My suspicion is that he even kept my refund check!! No small business should go through this and this type of consumer fraud should be stopped!!
