::Price Gouging & Misrepresentation of Pricing. Be aware!!! I called in a very basic problem, stated exactly what and where the repair was. It was in the crawlspace. The customer service person informed me there would be a $55 minimum fee that would apply to the work. Upon arrival late that day I was then informed there would be an access charge of $189 plus any repair cost or I could pay the $55 fee to accomplish nothing. The company had every opportunity to inform me of their pricing up front at which point I would have called another plumber. Instead they used bait and switch tactics. Ultimately a 20 min repair of one leaking elbow cost me $276. I complained to the company verbally and in writing for which their response was defensive and unaccommodating. The only good thing was they fixed the problem. However; price gouging and lack of transparency is ridiculous. Recommend calling another company....perhaps the company who pays google the most to be at the top of the list has to overcharge in order to pay google!!!!

::I made an appointment over the phone, but they failed to record the appointment in their system. As a result, I was left waiting for a plumber who never showed up. I called 30 minutes after my scheduled "appointment" time, at which time I was informed of the error. I received a short "sorry", with no offer to reschedule or make amends. I will be seeking plumbing services elsewhere.
