  Excellent and prompt communication - I had a few questions in the weeks leading up to sending our documents in for our Russian visas, before I was officially a customer, and they still treated me with very prompt and knowledgeable service despite the fact that I hadn't paid a dime yet. The price was competitive and the turnaround time was outstanding (and much shorter than anticipated). I trusted they'd go over the visa application with a fine-toothed comb as I've heard the Russian consulate can be very picky about applications, and as expected, there were no issues with any of our visas (there were three of us that ordered together) once Allied went through them. Very much appreciate this service!

  This was my first time using an agency to obtain a visa. Definitely worth it. Sticklers for detail, which is great, as this is something you want to make sure and get right. Very friendly and very prompt service as well. I've already referred them to several colleagues and will be using them for all future needs in this area. Thanks for the great service Steve! --Update on 3-26-18 Just used them again for a Chinese visa. I'm always a little nervous about sending in my passport when I have international travel coming up. Not only was their service great again, they got my passport and visa back to me 4 days early. Thanks for the continued great service guys; in what seems like an era of bad service, it's so nice to work with a firm that makes solid promises and still over delivers!

  I picked Allied because they were a little bit cheaper and I felt more comfortable they enforced a FedEx return label vs other sites that said I could mail a prepaid. Turns out it was the best decision. I mailed my packet on a Saturday, they received it Monday, I got an email on Thursday saying my packet was being shipped back, and received my completed Chinese visa the following Tuesday. Highly recommended them.

  It took a swift week for our visas to be finished and we were informed of what was happening each step of the way. While many places sort of keep you in the dark in how the process goes, we were informed with each step and given the tracking information to watch our visas being shipped back to us. It was easy, quick, and trustworthy. Highly recommended! Thanks for letting us know about this gem of a company, The Points Guy/The Points Pup (the latter of which is whom I'm convinced actually deserves all the accolades)

  Thanks to Steve and Allied Passport, our first experience using a service for a visa was over-the-top exceptional! From the first phone call I made for more information, to the friendliness, honesty, wealth of knowledge and extremely fast turn-around, this is THE ONLY COMPANY TO USE FOR VISA and PASSPORT services! I was ready to use express service and was told it wasn't necessary to spend the additional money! I didn't need my visa for about 5-6 weeks. With regular service, I had it in 2 weeks, start to finish!!! I don't know of many companies that would tell you NOT to spend the extra money to guarantee! They knew I would have it in time! THANK YOU, STEVE and ALLIED PASSPORT & VISA! I know where I will refer my friends and family for their passport/visa needs!
