  To be imperfect in health care is human but to accept critique for improvement is rare. To excel when the going gets tough is scarce. I am a persnickety referring #homevisit physician who no holds nothing back in expectation for all members of the in home care team for perfection. Alliance Homecare met that my standards. First they met my needs when another home care agency told me "That case sounds messy. We don't want to get involved." For the last two weeks Alliance Homecare met my standards every time I called to raise the bar. I never heard the word "but." I only heard "will" and "can" and "do." I would like to thank the team of 3 LPNs and supervising RN Michele from Alliance Homecare who took extraordinary care of Rose when she was able to advocate for herself and when she took her last breaths. The team work was phenomenal, not only did you beat your competitors in attitude, knowledge and skills, but you impressed me.
