  After being a long time patient at this practice I was retroactively charged for service after leaving the office and asking twice if I was square with them. They ended up sending a small Balance Collection damaging my credit instead of trying to call me directly. When I called to get this resolved the receptionist was defensive and unwilling to work with me, even after admitting that there were discrepancies in the bill. Find a practice that's honest with what they charge you and how much you owe when you walk out the door and doesn't just retroactively charge their patients so that they can send it to collections. Don't let a tooth cleaning ruin your credit, know how much you owe when you're walking out of your dentist

  I am very pleased to write a review of Dr. Rami Rizk, and his staff. He is very attentive and concerned about my oral health, and does a fantastic job on everything I may need done. I would highly recommend anyone to his care. He is professional and a joy to know, as well.

  In my opinion, Dr. Rizk is a superb dentist. He is extensively experienced and very professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Rizk for almost a decade - and have been extremely satisfied with the service. Dr. Rizk is detail-oriented and very skilled. He has excellent manners. He takes his time to explain the underlying problem and the proposed treatment. I found his office staff professional and very pleasant. They do their best to accommodate us and work around our busy schedule. His office is top notch and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Highly recommended!!!!

  I have been a patient to Dr. Rizk about a 10 years in Parsippany location. I can't even put in words how I feel because he is become like a brother to me and Rania his wife is like a sister to me. This is the friendliest environment you can't not get anywhere else. The office is very clean to the perfection. The work they do is another thing, very professional and passion about their work. They make you feel comfortable and pain free. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

  Dr. Rizk is the best. He is always so kind and friendly and is also a very knowledgeable and considerate doctor. I get my teeth cleaned with Dawn and she is awesome. My teeth feel great after leaving and she is also super friendly and kind. Great to talk to! Overall this is my favorite dentists office I've ever been to (and I've been to a bunch because I move around a lot!).
