  I have been using Allen & Sons for the past 8 years since we bought our house. It was our first Thanksgiving and they came out and repaired our broiler on the spot. Panic was averted. Since then I have been using them to fix my dishwasher and Viking refrigerator. Oscar and later on Arthur are very curious and give it to me straight up when the appliance is not worth fixing, like it was the case with my GE dishwasher. Would recommend them.
