  I received mediocre customer service the two times I visited, certainly not what I expect when spending $300 on a pair of shoes. The salesman did not seem interested in spending any time helping me find the right shoe or fit and didn’t seem able to provide any information that wasn’t in the computer. He certainly didn’t seem to be the “Master fitter” Allen Edmonds advertises online. I’ll try a different location in the future.

  Great shoes and fantastic customer service from the staff. Barbara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

  I don't normally like Allen Edmonds because I don't think they really can beat Macy's on a good sale day, but I have to say that I like this one. It's FOUR stories and probably 3 of them are women's. I found a ton of great shoes at good prices and the sales people were super nice and helpful. I'll come back to this store for sure.

  Great shoes very friendly staff. Very knowledgable as well. Little pricy but you knew that.

  Best dress & formal shoes for the money! They last forever and most are able to be re-soled. They make an impression on businessmen and more importantly, the ladies!
