  Sales ppl accomadating, nice products in store. Laminate flooring installers that installed my floor do not know how to correctly stagger the floor for its best appearance. They left me with a staircase/ lightning bolt pattern in the floor. The store sent them back to repair the above scenario. After cleanup and my ability to see the uncluttered floor I realized that they improved the stagger by inserting a board between each staggered board but essentially left the same pattern. I explained to them that I want the boards to be randomly staggered so that the lines do not create a pattern, obviously they don’t understand what this means. It was hard and time consuming to put the floor back together again so l let them leave and just accepted the partial improvement that I saw. If you have them install laminate flooring know what you want and watch and supervise them closely. . .

  Dan's crew repaired our carpet and did a wonderful, clean job. They had to take carpet from another spot to replace the damaged spot and managed to hide the "removed from" spot without a trace! The runner on the stairs was installed quickly and beautifully also.

  Great sales staff very helpful would recommend over and over
