  THE WORST, SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT TO GET SERVICE DONE 3 DAYS IN ADVANCED AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CALL ME SAYING THAT i NEED TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE THE HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE THAT DIDNT HAVE HEAT AND THEY WERE TENDING TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE FRONT DESK PERSONNEL DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE SKILLS AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT THEIR. WHEN YOU VOICE YOUR CONCERN AND OPINION SHE LITERALLY GOT GHETTO ON THE PHONE. REALLY LOW CLASS SERVICE PERSONNEL AND REPUTATION IN MY OPINION TO ME IS UNTRUSTWORTHY. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

  Ali came out after I had busted the external water supply trying to remove a rusted on hose. He got the hose off! and replaced the busted section of pipe. Seems a previous plumber did not put a coupling on all the way and Ali took the time to explain the wrong and right way to do things. I learned something and the pipes are not leaking.
