  After being without power for 9 days during and after Hurricane Sandy, we went online to the Generac generator website to obtain a list of authorized Generac installers. We were delighted to find one in our hometown - All Weather. After comparing prices, and discussing options of other generator manufacturers, we decided on Generac and hired Mauricio at All Weather. We feel fortunate to have met him. All Weather performs annual maintenance on the generator, and we like All Weather so much, that we now have them maintain our Lenox Central A/C system and Furnace. They are great to work with, very reliable, and highly professional. Thank you!

  Had them around to do a "free" quote. Guy who showed up -- Mauricio Garcia: 1. was right on time (which is a huge plus in my book!) 2. was rude & unprofessional 3. kept telling me he had no clue what the setbacks were in this town (not withstanding the fact that he and his company were installing generators right now in my town!) 4. wanted me to go to the town hall with a survey and get details. (Why would I hire him if I had to do everything myself?) 5. immediately criticized an earlier gas line plumbing work because it hadn't been done by him "no that won't work at all" (even before he had seen it whole job) 6. Just seemed to lack basic knowledge. Couldn't figure out how to convert Amps to KW needed (something basic that even I, as a non-tech person, can do). There's plenty of competition in this area. Get someone else.
