  I've got black mold in my house. Did not install a drip pan on an attic unit! Unit is dripping condensate into ceilings. Not installed to code. Buyer beware. Didn't notice until it was too late. Called multiple times over 2 years. I was told issue would be rectified. Called again recently. Hoping this can be rectified by this company.
