  Scamsters & Crooks! Worst business practices & worst bunch of people in business! Avoid at all cost...estimate was $ .... Final payment extracted from us was $$$$ !!! Shady company with shady practices. They say one thing over the phone and another when they show up to move your stuff. They broke some of my furniture and are now claiming non responsibility even though they stated otherwise before the move. They took our credit card info over the phone but insisted on the day of the move that they be paid in cash. When they loaded up all our items, we were told that we would have to pay in cash before they unload the truck - essentially holding our items as hostage. This was never explained - we had to stop by an ATM because of this - a total inconvenience and defeats the purpose. They charged us for STAIRS, packing materials that were DIRTY and clearly been WORN AND TORN, and the most infuriating thing - TOLLS -- tolls for the guys to come out to our place and tolls for the guys to go back to their office -- AS IF IT ISN'T ENOUGH THAT WE"RE PAYING AN EXTRA HOUR FOR THE GUYS TO GET BACK TO THEIR OFFICE!! Not only that, they had an office in the same town that we lived in -- told us over the phone the truck was coming from a different, farther office! It's all a SCAM! When we finally got through to the manager - we had initially inquired with him so we had his number - he was RUDE and YELLED at us about the pricing. Considering he was the person we spoke with at the very beginning - it was his responsibility to tell us about all these costs. We would have definitely thought through whether to move ahead with this company and definitely reconsidered. 5. In the end, we ended up paying significantly more than what we had set to budget for moving - it's a dirty practice and considering it's all cash and you're paying ridiculous amounts for fees, etc - OVERALL VERY SHADY PRACTICE. Save yourself the stress and save your wallet -- DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS!

  THE MOVERS WE FAST AND SUPER NICE. KAYLA AND ELIZABETH ( OFFICE WORKERS) SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. I SEE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT PRICE BUT ITS TRUE WHAT THEY GIVE YOU IS AN ESTIMATE NOT A FLAT RATE AND MY ESTIMATE WAS OFF BY LIKE 70$ NOT BAD. GREAT GREAT GREAT COMPANY

  DO NOT GO WITH THESE MOVERS - SCAM and CROOKS! I am giving 1 star only because I have to rate something and the actual 3 movers that came were nice, efficient and the only 'pros' there. 1. They did not explain when we called them about additional fees that would be charged on. We had explicitly told them that we were going to pay only the amount stated no more no less. 2.   Super helpful and efficient. We were very happy with service. There was a little added on to their original well priced bid but they saved us so much packing work.

  One of the best companies you can find at such a stressful time in moving. Everyone from the office workers to the movers were excellent. Movers were careful to not damage any items and the office workers were well spoken and helped in every aspect on there end. Will definitely use these guys again and refer to others.
