  I don't usually write negative reviews, as I'm usually understanding of how hectic the medical world can be. Unfortunately my experience was so poor that I felt like it was important to share. Please make sure you don't schedule an appointment before the new year roles over, apparently this office will not let you know that they don't accept your insurance anymore until you get to the office. When I scheduled my appointment in December 2022, they were in-network. I scheduled my appointment for January, 2023. The week of my appointment, they called saying a doctor had an emergency and I'd need to reschedule, so I ended up rescheduling for February. I waited a total of 6 weeks for my appointment, and was not notified that they were no longer in my network until 8:15 AM- the day of my appointment. My appointment was at 8:30 AM. I took time off of work to come in to the office, and traveled 30 minutes on foot. I really would have appreciated more attempts to let me know this doctor was no longer in-network for me. I also find it extra frustrating I scheduled the appointment when it WAS in network, and suddenly it became out of network by the time of my appointment. I also want to add they told me the wrong reason for why they wouldn't accept my insurance. My insurance originates from another state, but it has out-of-state coverage. This office told me because I was out-of-state, I couldn't be accepted. When it actually was that they are now out of my network. I don't know why they told me this, when I called my insurance, my insurance confirmed I have out-of-state coverage and also was not sure why the office would have told me I didn't. It also felt like they were pressuring me into continuing to attend the appointment, and end up paying out of pocket. I left without attending my appointment to find an office in network.

  Were do i start NASTY rude customer service girls, i called to check for my appoint, I told the girl that the appoint wanted by phone and she said we need to send msg and so comes back to when did i send the msg I said NOT ME YOU GUYS, She kept talking over me, She was rude and Nasty, Now I'm filling complaint BBB Guy don't bother come here, they treat nice at first and then they get Nasty. Dont come here seriously

  I've tried with this place, but they are just completely incompetent. I almost had debt collectors coming after me because they entered my insurance incorrectly, and even after I've corrected it they still have it entered wrong in their system. I'll also note that there's no wait time when they're collecting your credit card information, but I've been waiting for a phone appointment that was supposed to be over 2 hours ago... and I'm still waiting! I called the office and was told that they were understaffed and very busy. There are better clinics out there. Seek them out.

  Do not even think of going to this > office!!! All they care about is charging your insurance company for their so called>which never helps you, nor answers your questions! It takes ages to get a hold of your primary care physician,but even then you 're not being taken care of..... And when you call to talk to the customer service,they simply hang up on you!!! I don t even know who should I talk to about my concerns... So decided to withdraw all my family(6 people)from this hell!

  Shout out to the front desk staff, Sona! Super sweet & helpful. Very attentive. Excellent customer service! Ashkhen Hayrapetyan for in charging blood test & etc. She is very efficient and in charge the lab all by herself. Good job, girl! Last but not least.... my lovely nurse practitioner, Patricia & her awesome assistant, Alondra!! These two ladies are the most caring & loving peoplie I have ever met! They are so professional and really care about my health. Both of them are super-efficient as well! The Parking: Private parking lot (free) & street parking (free)
