  Terrible customer Loyalty, Horrible customer service & very Bad, way to High pricing/prices : \ this Place is a Joke, Your better off getting Your Carpet/Flooring supplies at a Home Depot or Lowe's & hiring an Independent Carpet mechanic/Installer off C. List or Angie's List to do the Install.., I honestly Don't know Why or How they are still in Business or Why "Anyone" deaLs with Them? Desperate Crpt installers & Stupid Store owners I Guess : \ I wouldn't Give this Place another Penny of My hard earned $money$ They're two bit Thieves!!!

  Well educated sales people. They know their stuff. Commercial and residential supplies.

  Horrible, horrible customer service. A very nasty lady runs the place. Would never recommend. Like the lady said, "Home Depot is around the corner." By the way, thanks for the recommendation...was able to get what I needed at Home Depot for a better price.....
