  For years when I was a youngster my mother utilized the service this business provided with her electrolux so when my I had an issue with my Dyson this is the first place I thought of. It is under new ownership and management. I had a cut in my vacuum hose. The gentleman there suggested I just trade it in for a used hose which also then traded out my original wand. Pay cash and he would not charge tax. I did that. 2 years later my hose broke so I went back once again. This time I was told I had to leave my machine with a $35 payment for an estimate. An estimate on a VISUAL problem. There was no need to test or diagnose any problem. I questioned him. $35 to leave it to get an estimate on something he charged me $35 years ago to replace. I asked if that $35 estimate fee would then be used against the fee to fix or replace my hose. It wouldn't. I would advise everyone to avoid this place of business. I immediately walked out. I am contemplating reporting this business practice. In 15 minutes I was at a Dyson repair shop in Paramus, NJ. $42 dollars later and in only 5 minutes I walked out with a brand new hose without having to leave my entire machine and pay an estimate fee. This is a reputable business. Shame on All Best Brands. You deserve to go out of business and for the sake of unsuspecting consumers, the sooner the better.

  A complete rip off. You shouldn't have to pay for an estimate. The owner called me with an outrageous estimate. When I said I didn't want him to fix my sewing machine he called me back and offered a 50% discount. So which price was right?
