  I was fortunate enough to have a tour of the plant by Mr. Buchanan .I was amazed on how clean the facility was ! The temperature was temperature near 30 degrees . I was told that was the standard temp for keeping the meats cold . There seemed to be mutual respect for employees an employer . Very nice experience.
