  New to the neighborhood, looking for a good local hardware store. Found one!!! I’m not the handiest of guys and the employees at the store really took the time to help and answer all my questions. I forgot my wallet at home...they let me take the parts I needed to fix my boiler and came back later to pay. That’s exceptional service only found at family owned and operated stores. This is my new favorite store. Thanks guys! You have earned my business for many years to come.

  Much, MUCH higher prices than Home Depot or Lowes. You'd think checkout would be faster? It never is. It always takes a long time to pay. And for a small store? The staff isn't friendly at all. They aren't even polite.
