  I bought a Vision S7100 suspension elliptical in Nov 2015. Since it caused knee and back problems, I called Richard (the owner) and asked if he would pick it up and sell it on consignment. When his guys picked up the unit I asked them for some paperwork to indicate that I had given the unit to them. They said it would be sent to me. Five months later I still have not received any paperwork in spite of the fact that Richard has promised to send it at least 4 times. He also says that the unit cannot be sold without repairs that he wants me to pay for! The unit was working perfectly when I gave it to him. Just received a call saying that the unit required a small repair which he did not charge me for and that the unit had sold. I'll keep you posted re getting the check.... 9/20 17 Just received the check for a very fair price. Thank you Richard.

  Don't support a business that continually litters the public sidewalk in front of their business after closing, at night and overnight. It's against the law, a public nuisance and safety hazard. Look at the photos the owners uploaded of the inside of their store. Surely, there is space inside to store oversized boxes overnight if they for some reason can't dispose of them properly. What's the issue?

They have whatever you want and always have the best prices. Rob is really friendly and is well versed in the whole fitness industry. I have bought recumbent bikes, free weights and a lot of other equipment from them and they have always taken good care of me.
