::Horrible experience. Technician came to check out smoking dryer, told us it needs a new vent but never mentioned if it’s safe to use in the meantime. Our dog was put away in our bedroom and the technician opened the bedroom door. Called to question the safety of using the dryer and why the technician was in our bedroom 3 times! No phone calls were returned! The lady at the desk had a nasty attitude on phone call #4...claiming there are no such things as dryer fires and stating no one returned my call because she told me there is no such thing as dryer fires and the technician says he didn’t open our bedroom door (our dog cannot pull the door open...BS)! So unprofessional! Do NOT recommend to use them at all! Horrible customer service!

::Once again great job ! Now it was my two year old washer. They fixed it in a half hour. This company comes when it says it will be there. Fixes it quickly and reasonably priced. Used them for years. Never disappointed me. I will only call them because my time is valuable and they treat it that way...Thanks for a job well done. AGAIN

::Horrible service! Not at all recommended! Please avoid if possible. First of all their appointment slot is for 3-4 hours. So if they schedule appointment you have to be at home for that time. For us they did not show up for 2 appointment. First time they called us at after appointment time and said that service person is sick. Second time no one show up at all. Finally we had to cancel the service totally.

::Terrible customer service. I'm the landlord of 50+ apartments with many colleagues and friends in the real estate investment biz as well. I'm pretty loyal to most vendors I do business with and have referred out All American to my colleagues, albeit with the caveat that the jury was out on their service. Sadly, I can no longer do business with All American. They are a total chop shop. They just want to get in, give you a contrived reason as to what is wrong with an appliance and collect their check. Today, when I spoke to the head guy there and explained that they have been back 3-4 times to fix the same recurring problem with the appliance he exclaimed "You don't seem happy with us so why do you keep calling us?" I think that's the smartest thing I've heard out of them.

::I would have given this vendor 0 stars if I could! My washing machine had been putting holes in my clothes for a while before I called All American to repair. The service technician took two minutes to diagnose a very pricey drum/bearings repair, a repair they see all the time and something that All American could fix. Paid a $70 service call fee that, with coupon, would be rolled into the repair of the machine should I choose to repair. Since my warranty had, of course, just ended, I called Electrolux to see if they would cover the repair and much to my surprise, they agreed to cover both parts and labor. Called All American to order parts/schedule the repair on Friday. On Tuesday, Chris returns call and tells me that even though they are an authorized Electrolux repair service, they only do this repair IF THE CONSUMER PAYS, not if Electrolux authorizes the repair. In addition, the service call, which lasted all of two minutes, was not refundable, even though I want the machine repaired. What kind of ridiculousness is this? I want the repair, but you won't repair because Electrolux is paying, and not me?? And, to boot, you won't refund the $70 service call, even though I want you to repair my machine? Never in my life have I experienced this kind of customer service... Absolutely ridiculous!
