  Experienced plumber, addressed the problem instantly without any hidden cost to me. Problem was resolved to my satisfaction with reasonable cost. Definitely will be my choice next time.

  Save your time and money. This guy tries to get you to sign off on work without ever giving you a price or estimate, and when the bill comes, its always astronomical. The next time we needed a plumber, we knew better and got quotes from multiple plumbers. Alient was, of course the highest. When we didn't hire them, they called our office relentlessly demanding to speak with a manager. When we told him that we received a quote that was much lower than his, he screamed at us over the phone saying: "Don't ever call me again!". Don't worry, we won't.
