  Jewelry is not bad but too large and earrings can be tacky and overpriced and they have an AWFUL returns policy. Not nice people

  My wife has purchased many pieces of jewelry from here and always keeps coming back. The designs are interesting and the process are reasonable. Hint: let your wife pick any item you want to purchase as a gift for her since her taste will be better than yours...

  I bought a lucite block ring to go with my bracelets. Nothing wrong with the ring itself, but I was appalled by the fact that Alexis Bittar uses very cheap labels inside the rings and that once the label is removed a serious glue residue remains in the piece. I had to use harsh chemicals (Windex, Goo Gone) to get rid of the glue to make the ring wearable.

  The jewelry is lovely but GOOD LUCK getting anything repaired if it breaks! I had a bangle that had a loose hinge, I brought it in and the very sweet sales associates sent it off..it came back close to three months later, still loose. I wore it for a few weeks but got worried it would fall off so I brought it back, I am now going on week 9 of waiting for the re-repair. Honestly, I've decided to purchase other labels because I've spent more of the year waiting for my bracelet to be repaired than I have actually wearing it!
