  If you are injured or have a condition requiring physical therapy, I would highly recommend Optimum which is now Professional Physical Therapy. You will get the individualized care you need to get you back into motion and wellness. Unlike other physical therapy centers, each of the therapists and aides pay close attention to the patients at all times to make sure that not only are the exercises being done, they are done right, so that the patients improve. They also teach you how and when to do the exercises at home so that you are educated to assist in your own recovery. In a nutshell, all of the therapists and aides care and really want to see their patients get well. A big Thank You! to Alex for getting me back into motion and back to the things I love doing like kayaking, scuba diving, hiking and paddle boarding. You and your team are outstanding.
