  We had the most wonderful experience last week at Alex and Ani, my niece loves their bracelets and the sales person noticed that one of her bracelets needed cleaning. She began cleaning it, but as to not waste our time she exchanged it out for a new bracelet. I had an issue with a bracelet as well, not purchased there and she offered to try her cleaning cloth on it. What wonderful service! I'm sorry that I didn't get names but it was Tuesday March 13 in the mid afternoon, a guy and gal were working. Thanks so so much! Keep up the great work!!
