  Thw people working were well dressed and mannered, the service was quick and easy, and overall I really enjoyed my experience there!

  The product is ok but where is employee dress code professionalism??? Please keep your personal styles out of the work space. Be yourself outside of your work place.

  The service was great. I feel bad that they have to represent such a poor product-- cheap, knock off, faux boots for the price of the real thing. The first pair I bought had the heel detach from the body of the shoe (cheap adhesive, not stitched). Luckily the employee stretched the rules to make it easier for me to get a new pair. Now 6 months later the same thing has happened. Had I bought them without discount, they'd have been $170 boots. $170 for 6 months of use. Do yourself a favor and get shoes that are made the proper way if you're going to pay that much for them.

  Please update your hours. I came yesterday, just after eight, to downtown exchange a pair of shoes before a trip. According to Google, the store does not close until nine. The gentleman who had helped me two days prior shrugged his shoulders from behind the locked door. I needed to exchange the shoes before my trip, so I came back this morning at 9:45. According to Google, the store opens at 9:30. Again, locked doors. My experience was rather inconvenient, and could easily be avoided. May I suggest even just a post it on the door with the store's hours?
