  Shoes are cute but the quality is not that good, I wore some once and they either shade in color or the material stretch or they are painful and I got the same complaints from other people. Also, the representative are not clear in advertising the store sales and the manager is not training her subordinate causing embarrassment to the customer. I asked the rep if her red tags where additional 50 percent off like the Ado down stairs and she said yes. When I went to the register the manager first of all didn’t want to honor the 15 percent off over $75.00 dollars when you give the coupon code for taking the survey. She discussed and had to read it. Then she was laughing saying that her subordinate “don’t know anything about the down stairs store because she works here”. I strongly believe her answered was inappropriate, her laugh was arrogant like I was stupid for saying that when indeed it seemed like the other way around. I told her you are giving me all this negativity with the survey cupón and all this explanation loud in front of a full store, when I don’t need to be embarrass at the cash register, this could be avoided. I should know exactly what I am buying and not find out in this way. I told the rep myself that if you don’t know anything about the down stairs store like your supervisor said, then when I asked you in plain English you should be clear and concise with your answer and say just that, and add what indeed you know going on at this store. Additionally the manager should have know about the survey code because she must advertise by telling the customer when she charge and print the receipt but she never did previously. Also, her appearance as okay as she wants to pretend looks like an undercover withdraw or person with issues. I don’t appreciate being embarrass especially when I was right and for some hard poor quality shoes. I go in there for fun not because I need too. Everyone despite of what type of work they do should be proficient and have some common sense if not intelligent when dealing with people and business. Lastly I take it extremely serious when a brown or black person gets treated differently and with the purpose of humiliating because of their perception especially if I am the only brown person and the one with the money.

  Love this place. I make this a mandatory stop anytime I am in Honolulu. Great Selection and Great prices. The staff is awesone as well. Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. i found way more than I thought that I would.

  We have been here several times to get shoes and they always have a great selection. The staff is always helpful and the prices are great.
