  Great food that's cooked to order. There is no place better and the service was great. Where else can you go and will be greeted with a kiss on the forehead before ordering. I had the catfish and it was sublime. If you are ever in nothern downtown Memphis be sure to stop in, maybe you can get a kiss too.

  Awesome food. Awesome atmosphere. Truly felt the love in the food. Went right after rush hour crowd, it was definitely worth the wait. Will be back again!!!

  Went for Saturday brunch. The food was delicious. The service a little slow but what do you expect when everything is cooked fresh and to order. Take your time enjoy the good things in life. The hugs and kisses don't hurt either.

  Be prepared for a long wait on the food. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes before we received our food. The food is good, but the service is awful. Owner is sweet, but this is a restaurant and service is very important. Owner must realize, she can't do everything, run register, bust tables, serve, run kitchen, it's just not possible. She could be on Sweetie Pies level, but not gonna happen if customer service game isn't taken to the next level.

  It's small. When it's busy you may be waiting a while for service. Get over it. This place is incredible. Real soul, really great food served with a hug. The fried chicken was incredible, and the atmosphere was all the more important to the experience. There is nothing more authentic in Memphis.
