::Left a message for them to fill a prescription this morning and didn’t hear a word back from them all day. Called just now at 5pm and the pharmacist gave me an attitude for no reason and told me it was 2 days early to fill my prescription when in reality it wasn’t. When she realized she was wrong I asked her to please have it ready first thing in the morning because I can have seizures if I miss a dose. She acted like she didn’t have a care in the world and like I was an inconvenience then hung up on me. I know for a fact I will have to call them AGAIN in the morning to have it filled. After it is filled I will have the remaining refills sent to Walgreens or CVS because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and I never write bad reviews, someone’s health is a serious matter and they should act like it. ESPECIALLY being a pharmacist!
