  They need to sweep the parking lot for shopping carts once an equinox. Our local Nobel Laureates need to take some pride in Hooterville and waddle their carts to an appropriate location so they don’t roll into someone’s 1970 Impala. Come on people. This isn’t cold fusion. We can make this change now, so that we can leave a much nicer parking lot to our children. Be the change.
