  I called Betty, a remarkably kind and professional person. I believe she's the owner. I got a secretary, left a message for Betty to call me back. As busy as Betty was and is, she called me back, not even knowing who I was or what I wanted. She listened to my questions and answered politely, succinctly and in the most friendly manner. She is a true top notch professional with a very noticeable kind heart. Fantastic experience to have spoken with her.
