  Good rental car place. The prices are very good for a shop on the center of San Francisco. Careful though, it closes very early (5pm)

  they wouldnt accept any of our (European) cards, claiming they were prepaid. which is NOT true. on top the guy who attended us was far from Mr Sunshine. zero empathy place.

  Waaayyyy to busy when I went and the staff was very unprofessional. I was supposed to pickup at 10 and I left at 11. I said I didn't need the car cleaned and they refused to let me take it (wasn't that dirty) which cause me to sit for another 30 minutes waiting.

  Rates are great but this results in super long queues when you try to pick up your car. We probably waited close to 30 minutes and it was 9 in the morning. There isn't much space at the office so we were waiting in a tight parking lot with cars that come in. The staff was however friendly and they helped to ensure we have all of our details to try to speed up the process but it was still long. It may be better if you can go when it is quiet.(when?)
