  I reserved a car from Alamo a month in advanced and prepaid. Everything from getting the car to dropping it off at the airport was quick and easy. The entire process took no more than 5 minutes. When I dropped the car off, they did a quick review and it was also done without any issues in less than 5 minutes.

  Alamo is always reliable. Great costumer service. That's why I always rent my car from them.

  I always use Alamo! Great service. I left something in the car and hoping they have it. I haven't heard back from lost and found very concerned hoping they put my belonging in a safe place....still waiting to hear!!!

  I had reserved a car through Priceline at another rental company, which ran out of cars and would not honor my reservation. So I just walked over to Alamo. They were incredibly helpful. The lady at the desk (name starts with S, can't remember) was really nice. They gave me a reasonable price for my on-the-spot rental and went out of their way to get me the best car possible. I asked for something fuel efficient, and the guy helping me choose a car went out of his way to get me a hybrid. It was awesome! Nice work, Alamo!!
