  Service I received last week from a "Darly" at the Boston Logan desk was superb! Darly was friendly, informative, and polite - and she knew her stuff! Excellent service, will repeat!

  Renting our car from Alamo has always been great! ...we've never been disappointed as sometimes we have been by others. We prefer Alamo to all others for their service, quality of cars, and frequent upgrades. Our last rental a couple weeks ago surpassed our expectations as to the upgrade we got. Remember the Alamo!

  Pick up at Logan was easy and fairly quick (once we arrived at the counter via an airport shuttle). Dropping off was not so easy... rental return garage not clearly marked - ended up going into the wrong garage- (no connection between the two garages) and then the fiasco of looping around a very confusing detour - very, very frustrating. Almost late for flight. Signage improvement would be most helpful. Alamo agents were terrific.

  Fast service in and out. Very friendly service. Free upgrade to a new SUV. It was a gas hog, and not much room for luggage, but very nice car. No issues at all!
