::If I could give no stars I would. The man that answers the phone was so RUDE! I wouldn’t do business with this place ever!

::To reiterate what many have posted here, piles of very common records in no discernible order at ridiculous prices. Nothing is priced up front & the owner/operator has a talent for fabricating reasons why a record you bring him to price should cost exponentially more than it is actually worth but, either, knows absolutely nothing or is incredibly dishonest in the way he prices records.

::Your selection of rap is pretty good, but I can’t believe you overprice common vinyls that can be bought easily on the Internet.

::Total vinyl Heaven. Packed to the ceiling and always an adventure, bring your wallet and plan on spending a few hours squeezing through the isles. Alamo Records is a step back in time and everything a true record store used to be! When I'm not looking for vintage 45s at Friends of Sound or hunting for treasures at Hogwild Records you'll find me haggling with Sir Will at Alamo Records. A true San Antonio gem!

::I enjoyed my trip to Alamo Records. Will was very knowledgeable and friendly. His store had an abundance of vinyl and memorabilia. I didn't have much trouble finding the store and the people at the antiques mall were very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good vinyl or a neat conversation on music.
