  Alamo Washington DC Union Station location. I booked a car and paid online. The counter guy (Teddy Mulleta) was rude and unprofessional. First of all the counter guy printed a paper with additional payment. But I said I didn't need this additional options and already paid for car. He refused to give me the prepaid car! Why? He said I should have the confirmation voucher - I again showed him voucher in my smartphone. But he asked a printed copy only. Printed! He had a printer and couldn't print a copy (but before printed a paper with additional payment!) - what's a problem? But he didn't want to print. I asked for refund my money - No. Thats Ridiculous! What could I do? After a long debates i asked security man to help me. Security man spoke to counter guy and helped me. We spent about 40 min and finaly this counter guy made us upset for all this day! I travel a lot, but never seen same "service". Avoid this rental service! Worst service ever.
