  I just picked up my Gucci watch from changing the dial and he did an amazing professional job! No fingerprints inside of the face or sractches/marks anywhere and the price was fair! I recommend their customer service to anyone!

  My wife and I visit the shop regularly for repairs, gifts and the Pandora charms. The owner and the staff are warm, friendly and professional. Always a great experience. If you need a jeweler in the area, this is your place.

  Love love love this store. Got my watch batteries replaced here and have repaired a necklace in the past, they have amazing service and very are trustworthy. Would 10/10 recommend. Deffenitly worth the drive. They have fine jewelry and also cheaper jewelry. They also have the whole pandora collection, this is a great spot for gifts, the manager is very pleasant and will assist in anything you need as well as has a very reasonable return policy so you're never stuck with unwanted purchased items! They also buy/ trade unwanted jewelry! Alain jewelry's is a must spot to check out!!!!

  I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Alain's. My family has been going to Sammy for years. He transformed an old ring of mine into a beautiful pendant and it was even better and more beautiful than I had imagined! And at such a great price, too! 10/10, will definitely be visiting again for a new watch soon!

  NEVER GO THERE! And here is why. I brought my engagement ring to Alain to resize it. And when I got it back, they had turned the crystal in the ring, which I had never asked for. I'm not sure if they maybe changed the crystal to another one. To be honest I think that's what they did, because the one I have now is not the same that I brought to him. When I asked if something was done to the crystal, everything was denied and he even said that I was playing a game for offending him in this way. But I know how my ring looked like before and I know they are not honest about what happened! This is extremely disappointing, especially because this ring means so much to me. If you want a good service and honest treatment, you should never go there! I will never forget this place in my whole life and the way he treated me when all I asked for was honesty!
