  First of all, the phone number is a fax number. Second of all, I scheduled a morning appointment 10 days ago to have my dryer fixed. I needed the morning appointment because I had to go to work. By 10:00AM I called to reconfirm the appointment and as told the technician would arrive within the hour. So I waited and waited. By 12:30 no showed up and I left to go to work. They didn't even have the consideration or courtesy to just make a phone call and explain they were running late.

  Awful awful awful. They made an unnecessary service call, never returned calls and never completed the work. STAY AWAY
