  I really liked Al Jones personally, but his front office was "strange". I ended up changing agents due to that. Could not get calls returned or straight answers. This was quite a long time ago. I was checking in to see if he had good feed back. Looks like the same stuff from years ago. Sad.

  Al Jones is a crook. He had multiple policies on my car insurance. He was always switching my car insurance from one place to another. I called State Farm and got legit insurance for the same price. Bye Al Jones. And thanks for the debt.

  great service extremely competitive rates always serviced by Mr Jones himself not some customer service person but the owner himself.
