  This was the worst experience I've ever had in getting a pedi! The girl that was suppose to be experienced had little if any at all. From filling the basin with only cold water (I had to say something to her) So she then started adding hot water and then walked away that I had to yank my feet out because it was burning. She finally started on my pedi and about after 4 mins in to it her cell phone rang and she talked for the next 10 minutes. The whole process of the pedicure hurt, I kept telling her that it was painful. She was far too rough. I couldn't believe the service and the manner in which those techs operate. The whole experience was horrific! My fingers were clenching the chair handles and the back of my shirt was wet. I'm disappointed that I allowed myself to sit there and endure such unnecessary treatment. The woman sitting in the chair next to me getting a pedicure herself kept saying she was so sorry for me and asked why that girl was so being so hard. Needless to say.. I will never go back there!! Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, Well it's a shame I don't have not one positive comment about Aksarben Nails. Just my opinion! In order to leave this review I had to click the stars of service.. I think 1 star was way too much!

  I’ve been here a few times, liked the place. Until recently. They aren’t very transparent with their pricing. Took my sister here they left her bleeding didn’t offer a bandaid or water for that matter. I was rushed to pick a color. They only had one sample case for the entire nail salon. The nail technicians can be rude, & pushy. It was a bit difficult to communicate. Overall nails look decent. Depends on who you get. Looking for new nail place.

  Took my daughter her to get her nails done for her birthday. The nails look decent at best. I would say that they need to have more practice to just to make nails look more natural, but like I said the nails look decent at best.

  Aksarben nails implements an effective system of being greeted at the door along with being well-staffed so that even for a walk in visit the wait time is never that bad. They have a large selection of options on the manicure and pedicure menu and prices are very comparable and reasonable to other similar types of nail salons. Quality of service varies slightly depending on the nail technician but overall it is a clean and positive experience.
