  Great place! I loved my stay at Superior. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff was great and accommodated my every need. I would definitely come back when Im in the city again!

  Very spacious and clean. Staff is very accommodating. But you better book on their website, it's cheaper there. Would definitely stay again.

  Great place to stay in Cleveland! A historic building with lots of character and a connected cafe makes traveling easy. Close to downtown and easy to get to from the highway.

  Walls are thin, you can hear a dog barking and laughter from adjacent rooms. No dish soap, kitchen towels, paper towels, and not one single fork. There was no additional linens for the pull out couch, which was very uncomfortable and stained. The TV was also crooked... Other than that, it was fine

  Noisy guests. Property manager has no effective noise control: A unit threw a very noisy party in the building, started around 8 or 9pm. Made the first call to complain around 10pm. Was told an "on-site team" will locate the noise and address. No reduce of noise at 11pm, called again, and found out the "one-site team" was made up and doesn't exist. The only thing they can do is "sending out messages to all guests nearby". No miracle happened. A completely disastrous sleepless night forced me to terminate my trip one day earlier. All guests staying here is basically in a coin toss praying for well-behaved neighbours because there is essentially no management.
