  Low key, reasonable prices for basically an airport bar.

  A Travelers Bar. It is not likely to have a large "regular" crowd. Sit at the bar, or if you sit as far from the bar as possible, you are likely to see/run into friends coming or going to JFK Airport.

  I arrived at around 6:30 on sunday a fairly slow day. Specials failed to be shown until after I ordered. I attempted to get the bartenders attention she was busy texting. Service was terrible couldn't wait to finish m y drink. Other bartenders provide better service.
