  I purchased a car from a lady who used AIM for the inspection. I bought the car and everything the AIM inspector said was okay really wasn't. He did a poor job inspecting and his report was misleading at best. The car had an exhaust leak, wasn't shifting properly and many of the electrical systems like windows and radio were not working. I called AIM and they sent a field inspector to reevaluate my car. The representative inspected my car and identified what items needed repaired. I decided to purchase this car because it came with a certified inspection from AIM. I contacted AIM and they said since I purchased the car from the lady who had AIM do the inspection originally there was nothing they could do for me. Don't use AIM. They are a sloppy, low-budget, untrustworthy small operation.

  I bought a car from a guy who used a.i.m. for the inspection of the car , he trusted them and I trusted him and them. well I bought the car and the things he said ( josh is his name ) worked or were ok didn't work , like the battery ( dead cell ) , the frame (needed welded ) , the headlights , taillights , the turn signals , the power windows and vents , the power locks , the exhaust manifold (you could hear as soon as you started it that something was wrong ) theirs more wrong but you get the point. so I called them and they sent carl Sullivan a field inspector who was in the area , he came down and inspected the car and tried to get the things to work but he couldn't , he signed off that all these things were true they didn't work or needed repaired. I only bought the car cause it was inspected by a professional company called a.i.m. inspection. I called them up and a ryan called me back I told him what was wrong and he said theres nothing he could do for me cause I bought the car from somebody else , I said the only reason I bought the car was it was professionally inspected , he said he could do nothing for me , I said you wont even back up your own people when they screw up , I just wanted some compensation for their screwup I wouldn't have bought the car if the report had all those things wrong with it , ive spent almost 2000.00 dollars fixing and repairing the things that were said on the report were good . I would never let them inspect my car , they just do a half assed job , so don't use them there no good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  These people are scumbags and have no business ethics whatsoever. They inspect returned leased vehicles and then assess the damage to those autos and send a bill. I was billed from these people for damage that either didn't meet the criteria or wasn't there when I returned the car. In a professional attempt to rectify the situation, they are trying to bill me for an extra $1,1000 because they claimed other damage, even though I got a clear return from Infiiniti. It is all based on the fact that I chose to not lease another vehicle from Infiniti.
