  I love Ahwatukee Crossfit. I never thought I would say that about exercise in my entire life. I joined in March and am loving it. It's a tough workout but it's worth it. The women are awesome. Did I forget to mention it's all women.. The coaches are amazing. The workout change everyday so you will never get bored doing the same thing. Love it!

  Ahwatukee crossfit is simply the best gym in the world!! it is fun, challenging, different every day and the best part -- a great group of women who are working right along side of you. Some are young; some are a little older (like me) but we all encourage each other and relish each others accomplishments. I love it!!!

  This is an amazing gym! This women's only gym has instructors that teach to everyone's individual ability. We lift, we laugh, we work hard and we encourage others. I have been going to this gym for over 5 years and love every minute of it. Besides the relationships that I have made, I am physically stronger than I have ever been in my life (and I am in my mid-40's) and I am much stronger mentally. I would recommend this gym to any woman at any fitness level!

  Everyone was so supportive and friendly right off the bat. The workouts are tough and the equipment is all new and in great shape. Plus being next to a doctor's office, we get some cool perks for being members. Love that!

  Awesome place to stay motivated to work out. The ladies that work out here are welcoming and supportive. They push you to be your best. The 12:15 class gives us a chance to work out in a co-ed setting. Something for everyone.
