  Wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicle but Dave & his staff at BP, relieved to know my car is well cared for (better then going to the dealer) I have been a customer for many years. Thanks guys...

  David, as usual always a great experience. I know that when you and your team have serviced my vehicle the job was done right the first time. That's extremely important to me because I'm often taking my family to our Vermont home 4 hours away and I wouldn't want a breakdown in the middle of nowhere late at night. I know from more than 15 years of our work because I've never had a breakdown. I'm trusting you not so much with my vehicles but with my family's safety and security on the road. Thanks again.

  I apologize for the bad service you receive after our regular business hours. The shop web site is separate from the gas station. I will discuss what happened Saturday night and any other night you had a problem here. We are family owned and operated for over fifty years and we always do our best to please our customers. That said something went very wrong in your experience here and we would like a chance to make it right. Please come by, in the day time, between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday and we can try to straighten this out. Thank you and again we apologize...
