  I am very unhappy with the professionalism of Agewell New York and would never recommend them to anyone. As my father who is very ill and I have been repeatedly calling for supplies for the last 4 months but in vain. The case workers and representatives do not call back all I could do is leave messages. I am very frustrated with this kind of service from a professional company.

  Worst managed home care agency in all of NYC. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone a good friend. The case managers and their supervisors are all a 3 ring circus. At the expense of people's loved ones.

  My mother has been with Agewell for four years. Everyone I have dealt with from Nurses to billing have been very caring and helpful with all her needs. I would highly recommend this agency.

  Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company! Having health Insurance shouldn't be a hassle or problem! They don't call you when they change your plan! When you call them they tell you a different story each time and then switches you to another department that tells you AGAIN, something completely different. Unprofessional, waste of time!!!!! Also most of my doctors and specialist and even radiology office had dropped them or will be dropping them.

  i get age well for my mom for them to pay for 1/2 of the aide who helps her with her care and we get a surplus to pay then you have to get a pool trust to take care of the bills another rip off they drag there legs .i don't know what to do any more doesn't any one do there job right any more ?
